Technical Features
1, Round helical gears and spiral bevel gear are made by carbon steel, refined the organization and enhance the resilience of the gear blank. Tooth surface using the carburizing techniques to achieve high hardness, all tooth surface need to grind to increase the CHINAMFG resistance and fit accuracy.
2, ordinate axis, gear shaft and countershaft adopt carbon steel parts to annealing, normalizing and adjustment to increase the tenacity and intensity of the workpiece, all workpiece have the grinding process to insure the fitness. The assembled shaft and gear has the balancing test, the speed is 4550 r / min, the balance level is G1.
3, Box mold by QT500-7 ductile iron, heat treatment is needed to ensure stability. After roughing the box then make ultrasonic flaw detection, box and cover each bearing assembly bearing holes after finishing each case to ensure the overall accuracy, cabinet finishing finished oil hole cleaning, do 0.6MPa pressure test ensure no leakage.
4, The other parts of cone box are mold by carbon steel. Thermal refining process make sure the intensity of bevel gearbox. When the produce finished, Corrosion treatment is needed to increase the lifetime of workpiece.
5, When the assemble of box finished, the no-load experience is needed to test whether workpiece achieve the design requirement.
