To solve this problem, we try to add an intelligent self-locking function to the circuit breaker controller of the electronic meter. Taking into account that the internal space of the smart controller of the electric meter is relatively small, the gear motor should drive the stable operation of the loop control system in a limited space, and it is only allowed to rotate in the specified direction and cannot go backwards. We use 10mm planetary gearheads and turbine inserts to be injected into the loop controller gearbox, so that the transmission structure has the characteristics of small size, large torque and can meet the needs of self-locking function. The loop controller gearbox in this scheme can realize the reverse self-locking of the electric meter, which can only transmit the power of the active end of the motor without responding to the external load, thereby isolating the external load from the smart meter’s own mechanism.
